KD-10

The KD-10 is designed for small-scale industrial settings and is ideal if you are looking to really ramp up your operation for the processing Hemp and Cannabis to produce higher purity CBD Oil or THC Oil. The KDT-6 and the KD-10 are the two most popular systems with our customers.

The KD-10 is installed on a GMP-compliant 304 Stainless Steel welded frame and features a 25 litre heated feed tank and heated support plate, with the feed being controlled via a metering pump. The KD-10 features a heated 316 stainless steel evaporator which is capable of processing 6 litres of feedstock per hour and a discharge gear pump which will deliver the distillate directly to the next stage of your production process.

The benefit of the KD-10 over the KDT-6 is the significantly larger feed tank and evaporator system, allowing for a 50% increase in the processing of feedstock. Like the KDT-6 the KD-10 is available as a single-stage and two-stage system, but unlike the KDT-6, the KD-10 is also available as a three-stage system, which is ideal for those customers wishing to match high purity distillate with high throughput, but without the hassle or increase in operating costs.
