If remote technical support is not solving your issue then we can provide on-site support to better understand the issues you are experiencing and help get you back into routine production as quickly as possible.
To keep your CBD / THC processing systems operating efficiently and effectively, we recommend that you undertake regular scheduled maintenance. Our team of qualified and experienced engineers can support you to ensure that your process systems are operating optimally, and downtime of your production facility is kept to the absolute minimum. Our maintenance visit would include checking the overall health of each system unit, looking for signs of wear and tear, trip and alarm panel checks, vacuum leaks and changing the oil in circulator systems and/or vacuum pumps.
We design and build our CBD / THC processing systems to be robust but, should a breakdown occur, our team of engineers can support you to get you back into routine production as quickly as possible.
If your CBD / THC processing system is no longer meeting your needs then contact our engineers to determine the best way forward, as simply purchasing further systems may not be the most cost-effective solution. In those instances, we can work with you to determine if your existing production equipment can be modified to meet your future needs.
